A New Look for a New Year!

It is a New Year. I haven't updated my blog in a while and the grandparents are getting restless. They knew Carson got a haircut for his birthday. Yep he is one year old! He is walking and running all over the place. His hair seems to be growing at a record rate and I waited as long as I could to get it cut. It was my attempt at trying to keep him a baby. However it started getting in his eyes and ears, so off to Cool Cuts for Kids we went.
I only take my kids here when they are babies, otherwise they all get buzzed by their dad, but you can't buzz a baby. It is a lot of fun. Carson sat in a taxi cab, the steering wheel really moves. He watched Elmo on the TV, and there are bubbles to blow when they get fussy. He did pretty good until the end when the stylist wanted to use electric clippers. They are special small ones that are quiet, but still they always make my kids nervous. At any rate, Carson survived his first haircut, and he looks as adorable as can be (although I am biased).

yep, he's pretty adorable! I concur! What a fun hair cutting place...I know all about grandparents getting anxious for pictures. :)

I love it, he looks adorable and not too much older! No scissors have ever touched Peyton's hair, she will forever be my baby. At this rate I'm thinking she's going to have to cut it herself!

So cute!!! He's like a little Dave with reddish hair like your daughter. They grow too fast!!!
