Recession Proof Haircuts
Have you heard about the "Recession Hippies?" These are people who have decided not to cut their hair anymore because they either can't afford it, or are trying to save money. I think that is fine for girls, but guys need to cut their hair. Some of the so called hippies are not even shaving, which I think is ridiculous. How much does it cost to shave? Anyway, we decided that it was time to cut the boys hair. They were looking a little shaggy and we didn't have money to go to the salon or barber, so... out came the clippers. Now, this isn't anything new for Cobi or Cole. They get this haircut a lot. Connor is the newcomer. Dave and I debated over the issue. Do we shave his head or not? He has this very unique bouncy hair that just adds to his bouncy personality. However he does not sit still at the barber. He does ok at KidsCuts because they have movies, bubbles and steering wheels, but it costs close to $20 including tip. So do we cut off all that baby hair? Do we let it grow over his eyes? Do we take him to KidsCuts and pay all that money? Well we left it up to Connor. He watched the boys getting their hair cut and he wanted one too. He practically begged. "Me too, me too." "My hair cut too." So here he is before and after with his new recession proof haircut.

They all match! It is great! They will love that hair cut in the summer!!!! :)
I had to hold Connor on my lap, but yes he held pretty still for his age.

Conner looks really cute. Now all they need is matching clothes, then they're twins. You'd have to dye cobi's hair blonde too.

Wow, he is looking so big now. I love his new haircut. I cut all of the kids and Tyler's hair too. That would be way too much money for everyone. Tyler has trimmed my hair before too. I always remind Tyler how lucky he is that he has a very low maintenence wife. Your kids are sure cute Melissa.
How cute your children are !!! It reminds me of the haircut Glenn got Hill while I was at work, he took her to a barber who gave her a bowl cut !! I nearly died when I got home !!! It was a good thing she was so cute she could pull the haircut off !!! (I don't mean to brag lol)
